There may be different reasons for Physical pain in your body.

3.It could be due to infection such as cold or flu
4 It could be your body telling you are tired and over worked.
Any of these symptoms can cause tension in your body limiting the flow of
oxygen to your blood vessels, causing Physical pain, as pain will always go
to the weakest part of your Body.
