What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is an emotional response in the body which can create feelings of tension, worrying thoughts and physical symptoms such as high blood pressure. Anxiety can be triggered by many normal life events such as break-ups, arguments, work stresses or exam pressures. However anxiety can become a problem when feelings persist or they are triggered by events that would not normally cause stress or anxiety.
