Fertility Issues

Fertility issues can effect a lot of woman.Trying to get pregnant can be really exciting, but it can quickly turn stressful if months go by and you’re not pregnant yet. It takes an average of  4-6 months to conceive, with approximately 85-95% getting pregnant after one year of trying.

Chronic stress can also affect ovulation by altering signals to the hypothalamus, the centre of the brain that regulates some of the hormones that trigger the ovaries to release eggs each month. Women under nonstop stress may ovulate less regularly, making it more difficult to plan baby making for the exact window when they’re most fertile. Some research shows that stress may also affect testosterone levels and sperm production in men.

Having a healthy energy in the body and mind is so important. Fertility counselling has been proven very successful alongside medical treatments.
