Just wanted to let you know how myself and my Mam are getting on since our sessions with you.
Well I ran the Womens Mini Marathon on Monday in 58 mins having not being able to run at all in the last 6 months! While it is a little crazy to pick a 10km race to test out my knee i’m very glad to have been able to!! While my knee isn’t 100% better I definitely wasn’t able to run before my sessions with you.
Mam has noticed an improvement in her sinuses and is taking less medication than she normally would at this time of the year.
