Contact Pat to arrange a 1 Hour Distance Healing Session at nice quiet time that suits you.
- Sit or lie down in a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.
- Close your eyes – make sure your phone is turned off!
- As you breathe IN, focus all your attention on the area of your body that you wish to heal.
- As you breathe OUT focus all your attention on the area of your body you wish to heal, then visualize all the pain, stress, anxiety leaving your body.
